Vision Statement
The Potter’s Hand Africa is an Ohio Corporation for Non-Profit filed on April 27th, 2021. It comes in response to the call of Jesus to His followers to be the light of the world as cited in Matthew 5:16 NLT.
14 “You are the light of the world—like a city on a hilltop that cannot be hidden. 15 No one lights a lamp and then puts it under a basket. Instead, a lamp is placed on a stand, where it gives light to everyone in the house. 16 In the same way, let your good deeds shine out for all to see, so that everyone will praise your heavenly Father.”
The Potter’s Hand Africa (PHA) would like to take the light of Christ to the world, starting from Africa to the rest of the world. PHA has developed a L.I.G.H.T model that would be a strategy of implementing its vision through the following activities:
- Leading people to Christ through evangelism, missionary mobilization & church planting
- Instilling Christ’s values through Discipleship & Servant Leadership training
- Giving Support and empowering the poor
- Healing and Caring for the sick through prayer & building Hospitals
- Teaching the next generation through building schools
